Welcome to the M-Attendance website / App (the “Site / App” / “M-attendance”), operated by Moksha Solutions, a company that is recognized as a promising Enterprise Software Solution company. We share your concern about the protection of your personal information online. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how we manage the privacy of the personal information that we collect online in reference with our Site / App. Our visitors have the complete right to know what information we collect and how it is being used. Our Policy is relevant upon all the services and products offered by us. It is based upon the principle of security, choice, notice, access, data integrity and enforcement. Your acceptance of our Policy by registering or visiting the Site / App represents your consent to us for collecting the information. Information is collected from our users when they register at M-Attendance. Registration is required when creating an M-Attendance account, using any M-Attendance service or promotion. We collect general information like your name, Email address and password of your M-Attendance account. Customer data is maintained differently for our SaaS customers, the management of which is explained further.
Some cookies are sent by the website / App to your device in order to identify your browser. Cookies are small strings of characters, which are used for user authentication. Also, they work for improvement of the service quality through tracking of user’s choice and storage of user’s preference.
At the time you carry out communication or send Email through M-Attendance, some communication may be retained for processing your inquiries. This helps us improve our services and also respond better to your request. We process at M-Attendance the information for multiple purposes in order to offer good results to the users. We collect, process and use information, including personal data that you provide or make available to us when accessing or using our App and Services. Like where you sign up or log in with your account on a third party site (such as your Facebook account or Google account), the personal data that you have provided to the relevant third party site, to the extent allowed by your account settings with the third party site or otherwise authorized by you.
We do not use the customer data for any of the purposes other than mentioned above.
We will not share, distribute, review or refer any customer data i.e. host data and information. The customer data is used or reviewed only in case it is required for any support issue, resolving any problem or if required by law as per mentioned in terms of services. Customers are expected to bear the responsibility of keeping the user-id and password secure and confidential.
The information collected by the Site / App is used only for the purpose it has been mentioned in the Policy. The data collection is stored and processed for ensuring the collection and storage of the personal information of users in order to improve the services. Reasonable steps are taken by the Site / App for ensuring the accuracy and updating of information. In this process, we are dependent on our customers for updating and correcting the information if required.
Every customer at M-Attendance may edit or update the registration information or any other information by editing the user record. You must login to the relevant website / App to update the information in the user profile. Employees of an organization may get the registration information through their HR Administrator. Please send an Email to contact@mokshasolutions.com, if you want to discontinue your account. Your request for accessing, changing or deleting the information will be considered within 7 days.
We do not share the information with other individuals and/or companies. The information collected from our users is accessible by the respective registered admin/ employer/ organization and is not provided to any affiliated companies, subsidiaries or business partners.

Additionally, the App makes use of third party libraries, SDKs, APIs and software (as set out in the Acknowledgement pages from time to time) which may also collect additional information. If you are using the M-Attendance Mobile App, your employer may enable location tracking technology for time keeping purposes. The PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) legal basis for processing this information is the contractual obligation to your employer to perform the Services. You may provide us with your location information. The PDPA legal basis for processing this information is your consent.
Through your usage of our time and attendance module, we shall retain and process biometric device logs of the users for the purposes of calculating attendance and payroll using the rules configured by the Customer. The information collected consists of employee- or attendance-id along with timestamps of punches (in and out entries).
Some parts of the App and Services implement Google Maps API(s). Your use of such parts of the App and/or Services which implements Google Maps API(s) is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, as may be updated from time to time.
There may be blogs, chat rooms and bulletin boards on the Site / App. The personal information selected for submission in such a forum can be collected, read or used by other visitors of the forum. This may be used also for sending inexplicit content to you by fraudulent users. We will not hold the responsibility of protecting the personally identifiable information that you choose to submit in the forums.
We use hi-tech security measures for maintaining the accuracy, protecting customer data from unauthorized access and ensuring appropriate use of the data. As the modern web browsers are also used for accessing the service, the robust transport layer security technology is used for protecting the customer data through data encryption and server authentication. The technology is capable enough to keep the data safe and secure. The information is available only to the customer who owns it. An advanced security method has been implemented by the website / App for prevention of interference and unauthenticated access. The security method is based upon encoded session identifications which uses firewall and advanced security technology. Some improved security features are availed to the customers for configuration of security settings to a higher level. However, you should also recognize that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee 100% security of your information. In addition, because internet communications are unsecure, it is also possible that the information you supply to us or your access of any information via the site / app will be intercepted during transmission. We are not liable for any breach of our systems or interception of our transmission, and we hereby fully disclaim, to the fullest extent possible under law, any liability associated with any claim relating to a breach of security, data or information.
We reserve the right to disclose any information to comply with any law, regulation, decree, judgment, order, subpoena or any other governmental order (“Order”) without any obligation to contest or verify the accuracy of such Order.
This Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law.
